TRADE MARKETING MANAGER JTI

Responsibilities • Manage trade contracting & compliance process based on established segmentation & procedures ensuring pay for performance principle implementation. • Lead in retail census planning, birefing & implementation: develop questionnaire with Trade Channels Team and Field Force Management, develop guidelines for Field Force, supervise the process of census, assure the collected information is in database in time and control the quality of information provided. • Full support of PPOSM/TPOSM production in line with communication strategy. Support merchandising team with regular control of all POSM in warehouses, stock keeping and storage organisation in line with company policies. • Contribute in the development of Trade Marketing direction and plans by providing Head Office with consolidated feedback from the field analyzing market situation, competitors' activities and sales needs. • Ensure effective communication with local Sales Team and ensuring their involvement in planning/implementing of Trade Marketing. • Supervise Customer Activation Programs development and execution ensuring consistency with strategy and plans as well as existing standards in close coordination with Trade Channels Strategy Manager. • Managing, monitoring and controlling contract creation and payment processes related to Independent Trade, Key Account and HoReCa Channels as well as other directions of Marketing and Sales. • Secure smooth operation of marketing warehouse and flow of relevant documentation in line with internal requirements and procedures. Qualifications & Experience Education: University degree. Preferably in Marketing/Economics or Finance. Professional Experience: Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing/Consumer Activation in FMCG industry, preferably in international environment. Good knowledge and understanding of Marketing and Sales processes in FMCG, deep understanding of Trade Channels standards and approaches; Team management experience. Skills, Competencies & Languages Language Skills: Fluent knowledge of Russian and English, Armenian knowledge would be plus Computer Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office Other Requirements: Perfect communication, presentation and negotiation skills, planning and good analytical skills.
