DeKalb Medical is seeking a Compensation and HR Standards Manager to plan, develop and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to support our goals and competitive practices. As Compensation and HR Standards Manager, you will provide guidance to managers, compensation analysts and HR analysts regarding complex payment issues. You will oversee the job evaluation process and ensure that grading and salary recommendations are consistent with established guidelines, current practices and DeKalb Medical policies. You will also update salary structures and conduct audits to ensure the daily integrity of our compensation programs and systems. Compensation and HR Standards Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field; master’s degree desired Five years of progressive human resources experience, with at least two years working in a leadership role with compensation Advanced proficiency in Excel, data manipulation and analysis skills Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred Advanced proficiency with MS Office, spreadsheets, formulas, graphing, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Working knowledge of HRIS systems (Lawson, PeopleSoft, etc.) including queries and reports from data systems Where Opportunity Meets Excellence DeKalb Medical is more than just a hospital—we are a not-for-profit health system, composed of three hospital campuses, known for our premier clinical services, the latest technological advances and a caring and highly trained staff.
