Job description:

Public Television Company is seeking a high-motivated person with excellent organizational and communication skills for the vacant position of the Assistant.

Job responsibilities:

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Coordinate Supervisor's everyday work activities;
  • Draft meetings' minutes;
  • Organize meetings;
  • Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate;
  • Establish and maintain correspondence with partners;
  • Manage databases
  • Implement everyday organizational activities;
  • Make all necessary travel arrangements, including hotel reservations and visas
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required qualification:

  • Higher education in related field;
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English languages,
  • Excellent communication skills, including pleasant telephone manner,
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package,
  • A sense of responsibility, ability to meet deadlines,
  • Ability to prioritise even when priorities change frequently and able to cope well under pressure,
  • Time management and representative skills.
