Job description:
Public Television Company is seeking a high-motivated person with excellent organizational and communication skills for the vacant position of the Assistant.
Job responsibilities:
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:- Coordinate Supervisor's everyday work activities;
- Draft meetings' minutes;
- Organize meetings;
- Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate;
- Establish and maintain correspondence with partners;
- Manage databases
- Implement everyday organizational activities;
- Make all necessary travel arrangements, including hotel reservations and visas
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required qualification:
- Higher education in related field;
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English languages,
- Excellent communication skills, including pleasant telephone manner,
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package,
- A sense of responsibility, ability to meet deadlines,
- Ability to prioritise even when priorities change frequently and able to cope well under pressure,
- Time management and representative skills.
