Applicant organization: Polish Foundation for Enterprise Development and Education Polish Foundation for Enterprise Development and Education is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with an experience in Youth projects. Duration of project: Project activities are planned for a period of 24 months starting in summer of 2015. Project description: “Educational cluster for youth”. The project is designed to introduce innovate approaches for training and developing high schools students who will integrate jobs market. The main objectives of the project: - preparing young people, without many jobs opportunities (they live in rural areas) to work in SMEs and become more economically attractive for potential employers. - build educational web platform. It will be an educational cluster information center with training package about self-development methods. Educational cluster for youth project will achieve its objectives by training, counseling, consultations and developing personal skills. To form educational cluster we will invite educational establishment, labor offices, local governments, SMEs and local operative groups. Polish foundation for enterprise development and education will be a leader of this educational cluster. Project can be divided into 4 stages: I. Study Visits - in all the countries involved in the project, II. Development of intellectual outputs - guide for schools about how to organize trainings, - guide for labor offices how to organize consultations, III. Methods developed test phase (6-months). IV. The evaluation phase of testing, the results of intellectual outputs and dissemination. “Educational cluster for youth” project will create methods to increase employment rate among young people. This action will be provided by local operative groups. Out partner will help create methodology and system how to integrate young people into jobs market.
