Job description:
Public TV is looking for a Call Center Specialist who will be responsible for performing a full range of customer service oriented telephone support activities.
Job responsibilities:
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Provide response to all incoming telephone queries received from customers in timely and professional manner.
- Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.
- Screens incoming and outgoing calls to ensure quality, customer service, and adherence to the policies and procedures of the organization.
- Administer various call center tools, document all customer problems.
- Responsible for full clarification and settlement of issues and problems brought up by customers.
Required qualification:
- University degree in related field;
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer service area;
- Excellence in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
