Job Responsibilities

Analysis of new business areas development possibilities,
Collection of the information (from the Bank’s different divisions) for the planning of the Bank’s prospective plan
Organization of the works with the international financial institutions, including
- Relationship establishment with the international financial institutions,
- Revelation of the cooperation areas,
- Negotiation, submission of the necessary information
Evaluation of the Bank services’ market
Preparation/submission of the presentation materials in Armenian and English
Translation of the documents, connected with the Department’s activity
Supervision of the works in the CRM system, including
- Recording and updating of the information about the services interesting for the Customers
- Recording and following of the questions raised by the Customers
- Fixing of the people’s tasks responsible for the Customer involvement and control over their performance,
- Control over the information recording performed by the other responsibilities,
- Preparation and submission of the reports aimed at the Customers’ needs reveling and controlling the further process,
- Preparation and submission of the analytic reports concerning to the banking products.
Professional Skills

University degree in economics
Relevant work experience in the field of the Customers’ relationship management is preferable
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent communication and organization skills
Initiative, flexible and determined
High degree of responsibility
Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
