Working with the UK's leading advertisers and agencies we help them exploit the value of Direct Mail and data to enhance their marketing communications and deliver their business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Media Specialists you will be responsible for increasing Royal Mail’s share of the advertising market through championing the use of Direct Mail. MarketReach is Royal Mail's specialist Direct Mail business. We are here to support businesses and agencies by providing mail intelligence and marketing solutions to help them get the very best out of their marketing campaigns. You’ll be identifying market trends and actively seeking out fresh sales opportunities for Royal Mail You’ll be developing imaginative Direct Mail solutions that meet client needs and generate new revenue You’ll be forging strategic relationships with decision makers at top advertisers and agencies To be considered for one of these exciting roles you’ll need: • An impressive media background, either client side or agency • Direct Mail experience – ideally supported by a formal marketing qualification • Excellent influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively at board level • Strong networks in the industry & seen as a thought leader within the Direct Mail industry • Be able to effectively manage a balanced portfolio of opportunities and to close sales quickly and effectively The role requires extensive travel in the South of England, candidate location to be determined upon offer. Salary & Benefits Salary: From c£42,000 to £48,000 (dependent on experience) plus £4,500 car allowance, full family health care, potential bonus of 30% and 25 days annual leave.
