Gender, Diversity and Social Transformation is a 1-month international program aimed at building perspectives and skills of participants engaged in social action. An annual program now in its 9th year, the program has attracted participants from Bangladesh, India, Kenya, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Philippines, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Zimbhave and Zambia in previous years. The past participants represented Civil Society Organizations, Human Rights Commissions, Educational Institutions, Faith Based Organizations and Social Movements. The course is accredited by XISS, a premier institute for the study of social sciences in India.

The course fee for participants from India is Rs. 14,000 (Rupees fourteen thousand) and for international participants $ 600 (USD Six hundred). The fee covers board and lodging and course material. The course fee for day scholars is Rs. 5000.
