Interested in working for GIRP?

GIRP, the European Association of Pharmaceutical Full-line Wholesalers, is
looking to hire a trainee and is currently accepting applications from
highly motivated undergraduate/graduate candidates seeking a 6-month
internship, starting September 2015. Candidates should show practical
skills, high motivation for work, flexibility, a dynamic attitude, and
team spirit. Please note that GIRP can only accept candidates who are
enrolled in a university study programme for the entire duration of the
traineeship.

Responsibilities:
Candidates will assist with the organisation of the GIRP Autumn Meeting,
workshops and other meetings. Their tasks will include researching,
editing, and writing input for GIRP’s numerous publications and the
compilation of PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and external
conferences.

Abilities needed:
Candidates must be fluent in English and German. French is desirable,
other languages are an asset. They should have an excellent knowledge of
all Microsoft Office applications, a good experience in event organisation
and an affinity for graphic design. Candidates will be enrolled in a
university study programme for the entire duration of the traineeship.
