We are currently in the final stage of opening our representative office in Yerevan, Armenia. The General Manager would report directly to our top management and be responsible for the following duties:
Manage the day to day operation of the company’s rep. office
Liaise with authorities, accounting firm & law firm
Manage the administrative and budgetary plans
Assist in the Market and sales strategies for the region
Define the needs, wants and aspirations of clients
Identify and report on business opportunities to raise the company's market share
Develop and maintain a strong network of lead sources
Cross-sell relationship improvement opportunities to clients
Represent the company at conferences, expos and seminars
At least 2-3 years relevant work experience within the financial sector
Relevant university degree and professional certificates
Extensive knowledge and proven experience with local legislation and directives
Excellent spoken and written English and Farsi
Experience in managing and leading a team
