The govermnent of Armenia has requested the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to finance consulting services for project management of Project under the Multitranche Financing Facility for the North-South Road Corridor Investment Program. The main tasks of the project management consultant (PMC) are
1. Project management and procurment support
2. Financial management
3 Monitoring
4 Construction supervision
5 Eveluation and reporting of project.

The Bridge, Structural and Hydrological Engineer will be responsible to the Team Leader / PMC Coordinator for performing construction supervision.
The expert should have these skills :
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized uniservity
- Engineering License or Membership of a Professional Association
- Min 15 years of experience as Civil Engineering, BRidge and strctures design, including hydrological design and culvert dimensioning, construction supervision and maintenance
- At lest 7 years of expereiences in Structural Engineering with experience in design and supervision of Construction of bridges, culverts and other structures.
- Experience of Asian Developpement Bank, World Bank and other donors ion 10 projects.
- Experience in International Organization and Overseas
- Previous experience in Caucasus is an asset.
