The Atrocity Forecasting Project (AFP), based in Sydney, Australia, is looking for a post-doc social scientist or computer scientist with skills in machine learning, data mining, and data analytics. The Postdoctoral Research Associate will conduct research in for the project “Advancing Genocide Forecasting: New Definition, Methods, and Forecasts,” funded by an Australian Research Council (ARC) Discovery Grant. This is a research-only position. The length of the appointment is to be finalized, but will be greater than 12 months.
