Ph.D. position available at the University of Cagliari for the Ph.D. in Mathematics and Computer Science. Six 3-year positions are available, five of which fully funded by the University of Cagliari. One funded position is reserved for foreign students. The department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Cagliari has experts in several areas where the new student can decide to carry out his/her research: Natural Language Processing, Graph Theory, Semantic Web, Cryptography, Human-computer Interaction, Computer Vision, Image Processing, Internet of Things, Telecommunication Networks, and main fields in theoretical and applied Mathematics. The student will have the possibility to work in a friendly and constructive environment and will be able to attend International conferences and schools to show his/her research products and for training.
